Gordon Thomas wrote on intelligence matters for a quarter of a century, and said that over 45 million copies of his thirty-eight books have been sold worldwide.

Film rights to The Day Guernica Died, co-authored with Max Morgan-Witts, are now under option. Documentary rights to Enola Gay: Mission to Hiroshima have been acquired by the BBC, and Voyage of the Damned has been adapted for the stage (Josefstadt Theatre, Vienna) and as an award-winning radio play (BBC Audio Drama Awards 2021, Best Adaptation). FRA has accepted a publisher’s offer for a republication of The Assassination of Robert Maxwell, co-authored with Martin Dillon, and film rights have now been acquired by Knucklehead Film.
